WILD AND ROOTED
WILD AND ROOTED
Wild & Rooted A 5-Week Somatic Embodiment Journey for Women
A deep, transformative process of unraveling, reclaiming, and embodying wholeness.
Each week, we will move through a layered journey of grounding, unraveling, reclaiming, strengthening, and integrating, supporting you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, intuition, and full expression.
Through somatic movement, breathwork, voice activation, and emotional processing, we will release old patterns, awaken the wild within, and reclaim both softness and power.
This is a deep somatic unraveling—a journey that releases old stories from the body, awakens untamed self-expression, restores the wisdom of boundaries, and weaves together power and softness.
It is for the woman who is ready to feel more, to free herself from what has been holding her back, and to step fully into her embodied truth.
Wild and Rooted : The Journey
Week 1 – Rooted: Coming Home to the Body :Grounding, safety, support, and presence.
Before we can unravel and reclaim, we must first land deeply in the body. Many of us are living in states of disconnection, tension, or overextension—feeling as though we are holding everything, yet rarely being held ourselves. This week, we focus on somatic presence, exploring what it means to feel at home in ourselves, in our breath, in our bones.
Week 2 – Unraveling: Softening & Releasing Holding Patterns : Letting go of control, unwinding tension, and allowing emotional release.
We often carry years of unprocessed tension, stored emotions, and protective armoring in our bodies. These holding patterns shape our movement, posture, and even our ability to feel pleasure, rest, or joy. This week is about softening what is rigid, loosening control, and allowing breath, movement, and sound to open us.
Week 3 – Wild: Reclaiming Untamed Self-Expression : Awakening primal instinct, movement, and voice.
This is the week where we break open. Beneath conditioning, beyond the fear of being “too much,” there is a wild, unfiltered expression waiting to be set free. We will explore animalistic movement, voice liberation, and embodied self-expression, allowing our instinctual, primal energy to move through us.
Week 4 – Boundaries & Power: Fierce Yet Soft Embodiment : Strength, clarity, boundaries, and embodied power.
Many of us have been taught that boundaries are barriers—but in truth, they are acts of love that allow us to fully show up, without depletion. This week, we explore the somatic No and Yes, the balance of expansion and contraction, and how to hold our power while staying soft.
Week 5 – Integration & Embodiment: Walking as the Whole Woman: Bringing together wildness, grounding, softness, and strength into daily life
This final week is about integration—walking as the embodied woman who can hold her softness and her fire, her wildness and her wisdom. We will create a personal movement ritual, practice being seen in full expression, and explore what it means to move forward embodied and whole.

As Venus moves into retrograde from March to April 2025, we are invited into a period of deep reflection, realignment, and transformation. Venus—the planet of love, beauty, desire, and worth—does not just rule our relationships with others, but our relationship with ourselves, our bodies, our boundaries, and our untamed self-expression.
This cosmic pause is not about rushing forward, but about unraveling, reassessing, and reawakening the truth of who we are.
Wild & Rooted journey is a five-week somatic exploration of what it means to live as a fully expressed, deeply embodied woman. Just as Venus retrograde asks us to slow down, revisit old patterns, and reclaim lost parts of ourselves, this journey invites us to ground, soften, and expand into our most authentic, unfiltered presence.
The Five-Week Journey Through the Lens of Venus Retrograde
Week 1 – Rooted: Coming Home to the Body
Venus retrograde calls us inward—to our foundations, our safety, our center. This is where we land first, reconnecting to the body, to presence, to breath. Before we can expand, we must feel held, steady, and supported.Week 2 – Unraveling: Softening & Releasing Holding Patterns
Under Venus’s introspective gaze, we begin to notice where we are gripping too tightly—whether to old wounds, outdated beliefs, or unconscious tensions in the body. This is a week of softening, surrendering control, and allowing space for deep emotional and somatic release.Week 3 – Wild: Reclaiming Untamed Self-Expression
As Venus asks us to question what we have suppressed in order to be loved or accepted, we return to our raw, primal, untamed essence. Here, we break free of conditioning, reclaiming voice, movement, and power in its most instinctual form.Week 4 – Boundaries & Power: Fierce Yet Soft Embodiment
Venus retrograde is not just about unraveling—it is about choosing what stays, what strengthens, and what we are no longer available for. This week, we anchor into embodied boundaries, learning to hold both softness and strength, expansion and contraction.Week 5 – Integration & Embodiment: Walking as the Whole Woman
As Venus prepares to move direct, we integrate all that has been uncovered, reclaimed, and restored. This is about embodying our fullness, moving forward with clarity, and stepping into the world as the woman who is both wildly free and deeply rooted.
Venus retrograde is a sacred window of time to realign with our deepest truth, strip away what no longer serves, and emerge more embodied, more whole, and more alive.
If you are feeling the pull toward this journey—toward unraveling what has been held too tightly, toward deepening into your body, toward fully stepping into your wild, rooted, and embodied self—this is your invitation.
