I have been in working with Rebecca since February this year but I had been watching her work for many years prior. I would attend the occasional online meditation offering and watch her instagram stories, knowing that my time would come, awaiting for the opportunity to jump in with both feet.

This work calls you. It whispers. From the Mother... she roars in the underbelly and the resonance will awaken you. But you do not know that to begin. You just feel the nudge. And eventually, you respond.

My first response was to attend a retreat. This was, I believe, the first in-person retreat that had been organised since lockdown and it was clear to me that I needed to be there. I had just walked out of my marriage and I was looking for a space where I knew that I could go to surrender and be held. This was it. And it was. AND SO MUCH MORE.

Following the retreat, I started to work with Rebecca on a 1-1 basis. I booked a 3-week container with her and we worked through the grief and shame and fear stories that I was so tightly clinging to and were intertwined within me. Slowly, through movement, softening the paralysis of my nervous system, learning to move the fused fibres of my body, unearthing the emotions buried deep, deep down that were suffocating my life force energy. I started my journey down into the unwinding, the great unravelling. 

As you work with Rebecca, you learn that there is a greater evolution taking place. The shifts of energy are happening through her and for her and for the women that she works with. There is an electromagnetic field that you enter and it is palpable. As the energy upgrades, you all feel it. And you are skilfully guided through it. The moment that you choose to enter, the shifts happen. Much like a domino effect. The ripple of alchemy. 

After the 1-1 work, I  trusted the process fully enough to enter one of the larger, group containers. This container was a 4-month journey into the alchemy of creation. WOOF. What a journey. Fortnightly group calls, and a bounty of daily practices to work through. There is so much medicine to be found in group work. Where shame tells us the story that we are not worthy of love and connection, a group container is the antidote to that shame story. A space to show up with all of you; all of the sides, all of the facets, all of the stories, all of the muck. As the light enters, it illuminates the darkness and up come the shadows - the stuff that has been buried for decades (centuries if it's ancestral). And then that is witnessed. Seen. Heard. Skilfully reflected back in dialogue with Rebecca to unpick and unfurl the battered corners of the narrative. EXPOSED. The medicine is for everyone. And in sharing this experience with one another, we collectively heal the wounds. Through witnessing, celebrating and rejoicing in one another. 

I joined Rebecca on a second retreat in July. This time the work went deeper again. I am not the same woman today that I was on the first day of that retreat. Through the work that I have been doing; journeying back through the timelines, reconnecting with the child, I left the retreat as a woman in my divine sovereignty, strong in my ever-expanding capacity to hold the shape of whom it is that I came here to be, in full service to myself and to humanity.
