When we are cellularly exhausted, unbalanced, undernourished, minerally depleted, carrying oxidative stress we often see a distorted view of the world.
In most cases, the more distorted the mineral patterns are, the more distorted our level of awareness can be.
As we experience the world through a state of distortion and depletion the state of our physical and cellular well-being significantly influences our perception and awareness of the world around us.
Our cellular health and mineral balance play a crucial role in shaping our awareness and interpretation of reality.
When our cells are depleted, unbalanced, or undernourished, it impacts not only our physical health but also our cognitive and emotional states. The depletion of essential minerals, oxidative stress, and cellular exhaustion can distort our perception of the world.
As we experience life through a state of depletion and distortion on a cellular level, our perception may be clouded, altering the way we interpret events, emotions, and interactions.
This distorted lens affects our cognitive processing, emotional responses, and even our ability to make judgments.
When in depleted states we are existing in survival mode, our thoughts, feelings, choices, behaviors and actions whilst in this state of survival and dysregulation are sub optimal, tinted with fear, stress, anxiety or depression and often we experience the moments of life in a false representation of reality.
When in balance we are better able to see the truth of the present moment, be here and not in history or story, have awareness and presence to the reality of experiences we are having and choose more grounded present thought’s, words, actions and feelings.
The connection between minerals and the body’s system
The intricate communication between minerals and the body's systems influences our brain function, neurotransmitter balance, and overall mental clarity. Disruptions in this delicate balance can affect our mental acuity, mood regulation, and ability to perceive reality objectively.
Addressing cellular exhaustion, rebalancing mineral levels, and reducing oxidative stress are essential steps toward restoring clarity and balance. Replenishing the body with essential nutrients, minerals, and adopting practices that support cellular health can positively impact our perception, cognitive function, and emotional well-being.
By nurturing our cellular health and restoring mineral balance, we create a more harmonious internal environment. This, in turn, creates a clearer, more balanced perception of the world, promoting mental clarity, emotional stability, and a more grounded experience of reality.
In our journey of healing and awakening we can often feel that something is inherently wrong with us.
Often experiencing anxiety, depression, exhaustion, emotional overwhelm, on a one-way track to fatigue and burnout, when really we are just running on empty. It is vital that we move ourselves out of a depleted state first to bring safety to our body and nervous system. From here we are able to nourish ourselves out of depletion and back into energy.
Here is one thing you can do today
Take 5-10 minutes, sitting outside in the sunlight, place your hand on your heart and the other on your belly, take a few deep breaths.
If your body needs to release, consciously sigh through a relaxed open mouth, and begin to orient to the world around you. Look at nature, the trees, birds.
Slow your inhale and exhale, and begin to feel grounded, welcoming a sense of calm into your body. Safety will begin to awaken as you ease your body and nervous system. You can even quietly repeat to yourself:
I AM CALM. I AM SAFE. I AM RELAXED
I CHOOSE TO FEEL CALM NOW. I CHOOSE TO FEEL SAFE NOW. I CHOOSE TO FEEL RELAXED NOW

My life’s work is dedicated to supporting women through the Root Cause Protocol (RCP).
This is a sacred journey of releasing the emotional and physical debris, gunk and cellular chaos from her inner temple which begins to clear the pathways for more life to flow through her.
Embodied Woman is a Guided Journey in Cellular Healing, Feminine Restoration, and Metabolic Living in a 6-month Group Mentorship starting February 28th, 2024.
In the Embodied Woman mentorship, we journey through the Root Cause Protocol (RCP) and individual hair analysis test (HTMA). Your personalised results will be thoughtfully reviewed in private sessions.
While the protocol's general steps align for everyone, the Embodied Woman sessions offer a tailored approach to individual needs. Our collective exploration will include resourcing practices, embodied techniques, and emotional clearing practices, creating a deeper embodiment of your radiance as well as group calls and a community chat to support your journey.
