For our nervous system, in particular, minerals like magnesium, calcium, sodium and potassium play pivotal roles in ensuring its health and flexibility.
These elements help our nervous system move through various states—from stress to relaxation—and are critical for maintaining our health and vitality.
Journey to Remineralisation
In my work and personal journey, I've observed that many of us come to the path of remineralisation from a place of depletion. Whether it's physical fatigue, emotional strain, or nervous system dysregulation, a targeted approach to increase our mineral intake can be profoundly transformative and deeply supportive.
This process isn't just about restoring balance; it's about nourishing our bodies to better manage the complexities of modern life.
