The Vital Role of Minerals in Healing
Step out of healing loops and hold the shifts and expansions in your body and life.
A system that is well-mineralised is a system rooted in connection to the spark of life. It is anchored to the source well of vitality and energy available to all beings on a cellular level.
This is a system that is grounded, malleable, flexible, strong, and steady – one that has the capacity to hold nuance within consciousness, thoughts, feelings, and life experiences.
Through my own journey of exploring the mineral depletion within my body, I came to realise how the stress, pain, and trauma I experienced caused deficits, deficiencies, and depletion in my mineral status.
Stress impacts the mineral reserves of the body, mostly magnesium and sodium. This then begins a cascade of depletions and dysregulations within the mineral matrix of our bodies.
Over time this can manifest as magnesium deficiency, adrenal fatigue, an imbalance in sodium and potassium, and slowing or speeding up of thyroid function which leads us into low cellular energy which manifests as loss of energy in the body.
Being in a state of stress is an energy drain, causing leakages of vital life force.
As I traversed the path of remineralisation, resourcing myself with nutrient-dense food, self-care, nourishment, and honouring my system, I cultivated a vast capacity to hold lasting changes in my body, nervous system, and emotional self.
I supported my physical body and worked through many patterns, stories, and beliefs that I had been looping through for years.
Often, it is the physical state that can keep us trapped in our healing loops. We may lack the essential minerals needed to heal and move forward, preventing us from holding a new shape and outlook on life.
Mineral Balance and our Perception of Reality.
When we are cellularly exhausted, unbalanced, undernourished, minerally depleted, carrying oxidative stress we often see a distorted view of the world. In most cases, the more distorted the mineral patterns are, the more distorted our level of awareness can be.
As we experience the world through a state of distortion and depletion the state of our physical and cellular well-being significantly influences our perception and awareness of the world around us.
Depletions and disconnections go hand in hand.
When we examine our mineral state, we can see that our system doesn't have the capacity to change – we simply don't have the resource.
Mineral depletion clouds our judgment, making it difficult to see clearly and make the necessary shifts in our lives. Without the proper balance of minerals, our bodies struggle to adapt and grow, leaving us stuck in patterns that no longer serve us.
By addressing our mineral deficiencies and nourishing our bodies with the essential elements they crave, we can begin to break free from these healing loops. As we replenish our reserves, we create a solid foundation for transformation, allowing us to embrace new perspectives and embody the change we desire.
It is through this process of remineralisation that we can clear the fog of depletion, reconnect with our innate wisdom, and step into a space of clarity and vitality. By tending to our physical needs, we open the door to profound healing on all levels – mind, body, and spirit.
How can I tell my mineral status?
We can test our system’s mineral status through Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA). This non-invasive test provides valuable insights into mineral levels within the body, offering a comprehensive view of one's health status.
HTMA analyses mineral content in hair, which serves as a storage medium for essential and toxic elements. The test measures various minerals, such as magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium, zinc, copper, and toxic metals like lead or mercury. These mineral levels can reflect imbalances, deficiencies, or excesses that might impact overall health.
The HTMA will reveal imbalances between essential minerals, shedding light on potential deficiencies or excesses. The test also identifies toxic metal accumulation, providing insight into environmental exposures or potential health risks associated with heavy metal toxicity.
HTMA results can indicate adrenal and thyroid function by assessing mineral patterns associated with these glands, aiding in understanding stress responses or hormonal imbalances. Early detection of mineral imbalances or toxicities allows for preventive measures, potentially averting health issues before they manifest.

How to Remineralise our system?
The Root Cause Protocol (RCP) was developed by Morley Robbins, who transformed a career in the mainstream medical industry into a quest to learn the fundamental components of a healthy metabolism. The RCP is the culmination of his many years of research and is revolutionary in its approach to health from a truly holistic perspective, by looking at the whole organism and how all the elements work together, rather than limiting the focus to isolated nutrients or conditions.
The RCP works by restoring balance to the key minerals – magnesium, copper, and iron – that must work together in order to optimise energy and increase vitality.
My life's work is dedicated to supporting women through the Root Cause Protocol (RCP). This sacred journey involves releasing emotional and physical debris, gunk, and cellular chaos from the inner temple, clearing pathways for more life to flow through.
Embodied Woman is a guided 6-month group mentorship focused on cellular healing, feminine restoration, and metabolic living. We journey through the RCP and individual hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA), with personalised results thoughtfully reviewed in private sessions.
While the protocol's general steps align for everyone, Embodied Woman offers a tailored approach to individual needs. Our collective exploration includes resourcing practices, embodied techniques, and emotional clearing practices, fostering a deeper embodiment of your radiance. Group calls and a community chat provide additional support throughout your journey.
Doors open to the Embodied Woman twice a year, to be the first to know when next enrollment takes place you can add yourself to the wait list here.
