Embodied Fertility group sessions have been created as a compassionate space for women moving through the fertility journey. Wherever you may be on that journey.
A place where you don’t need to hold it all together, find answers, or be anything other than where you are.
Whether you join online or listen to the recording each session offers a pause from the mental and emotional weight the fertility process can carry.
This is a space to soften your body, quiet your mind, and feel supported together.
The Experience
Each gathering is a gently guided journey designed to support your nervous system, body, and emotional world. Sessions may include:
Guided meditation to help you settle, arrive, and feel safe in your body
Womb and body connection practices to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms
Restorative and somatic practices to release tension and soften held patterns
Body scan or Yoga Nidra to invite deep rest, integration, and nervous system regulation
Optional sharing circle where you can reflect, be witnessed, or simply listen
Everything is offered with choice and spaciousness. You are always in control of how you participate.
Fertility can feel isolating. Embodied Fertility Circles gently remind you that you are not alone.
Within the shared field of the group, many women experience a sense of relief, grounding, and emotional safety. The collective energy allows the body to relax, the mind to let go, and the heart to soften.. without needing to explain or justify your experience.
Over time, women often notice:

Greater nervous system regulation and rest

There is no fixing here. No pressure to be positive or “ready.”
These sessions exist to support you exactly as you are whether you are beginning your fertility journey, navigating fertility treatment, or simply needing a space to rest and reconnect.

I hold a gentle, safe space for women to reconnect with their bodies, their hearts, and the deep wisdom that lives within. This work is about supporting you to move through fear, grief, uncertainty, and hope with tenderness, so you can feel more grounded, resourced, and present in your body, whatever stage of the journey you are in.
Through embodiment, somatic practices, womb awareness, gentle energetic guidance, and reflective support, I help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms and your inner strength. Together, we create space to release tension, nurture your energy, and find steadiness amidst the emotional highs and lows of fertility.
This is a container for you to feel supported, heard, and held, a place where you can process, integrate, and care for yourself without pressure or expectation. It’s a journey back to your own body, your own wisdom, and your own sense of possibility.
