[00:01:11] Welcome to this practice. This journey of embodied alchemy begin by finding yourself standing feet, hip width, or slightly wider. Let's begin[00:01:30]
[00:01:31] to feel your feet ground into the floor. Beneath that grounding into the earth.
[00:01:46] As you settle and arrive
[00:01:53] into the space, this journey begin to sink down into your physical body. [00:02:00] It's breathing down into your body.
[00:02:07] Down into your heart, down into your Naval, down into your womb, sinking, breathing down into your roots
[00:02:27] beginning to [00:02:30] allow your body. To sigh sound. As you breathe out, feeling the exhale as a transition, a gateway to relax and release something that may be held as tension or tightness within your physical body.[00:03:00]
[00:03:02] Welcome a softening through the shoulders, chest spine,
[00:03:12] a relaxing through your sacrum, pelvis, this unwinding in your hips. And you begin to bring. Motion and movement into your physical body[00:03:30]
[00:03:31] stretching,
[00:03:42] swaying, circling, spiraling, allowing a free flowing Mo reflowing motion and movement.
[00:03:51] To arrive into your body. As you breathe, as you sound, as you[00:04:00]
[00:04:05] exhale, feel a spreading and widening of your feet.
[00:04:15] Across the ground and down into the earth,
[00:04:27] a relaxing in your knees, [00:04:30] as you feel the pulse of the earth in the souls of your. That natural rhythm, the pulse of the mother awakening in the souls of your feet,
[00:04:51] unwinding in your head, your mind, releasing in your jaw,[00:05:00]
[00:05:01] softening your. Eyes cheeks, mouth lips, maybe a sound is expressed here.
[00:05:16] Circling unraveling, unwinding in your neck, shoulders, maybe a stretching wide through the arms, into the.[00:05:30]
[00:05:30] Feeling this energy spiraling down the back line of your body down the length of your spine,
[00:05:45] pouring down into your chest and heart
[00:05:52] sides of your body ribs. Solar center, circling, [00:06:00] stretching, moving, moving into your physical body,
[00:06:10] dropping and sinking down into your pelvis and womb circl circles. Figure eights, spirals, maybe a shaking. Or a new energy and rhythm arrives in each part of your body.[00:06:30]
[00:06:33] Moving down into your roots, down through your thighs knees calves, back down into the souls of your feet
[00:06:47] and feel and sense spirals of energy. Traveling from the souls of your feet down through the earth,[00:07:00]
[00:07:03] spiraling all the way down into the center of the earth
[00:07:13] here in the center of the earth, the Earth's gold and light. The pulse of energy, vibrant luminous, and that golden light begins to spiral up through these [00:07:30] channels up into the sores of your feet, feeling that gold impulsive of light in the souls of your feet. Spiraling up around your ankles, calves knees up around your thighs, into your hips and pelvis, the golden light [00:08:00] spiraling up into your root Yi in and around your womb.
[00:08:09] Gold and light pulse thing in your cervix
[00:08:18] spiraling around your Naval up and around your belly, gold and light spiraling up the length of your [00:08:30] spine up through that deep central channel in your being into your heart. Gold and light spiraling, activating awakening your heart, washing around your shoulders across your collar bones. Spiraling down your arms into your hands, gold and light pull sing [00:09:00] in the palms of your hands.
[00:09:05] And the warm luminous light fills your throat, neck spirals around your head, gold and light shining at the crown of your head. It pours back down through the central channel of your body [00:09:30] and you begin to move with the light dancing. Moving with the gold and pulsing light, the gold and lights of alchemy.
[00:09:45] And as this golden light weaves in and around your body, it begins to unravel, unwind, and Unie any spaces of [00:10:00] tension tightness. Any parts of your body holding contraction and the warmth and the radiance of the light unfolding unraveling alchemy arrives within the golden light touches, contractions closures, places of shadow and transforms them into opening.[00:10:30]
[00:10:31] Into luminous lights into alchemy.
[00:10:41] Moving with
[00:10:50] this golden light. And
[00:10:57] feel everything within [00:11:00] your being soften, relax. As you sink your awareness back down into the SOS of your feet,
[00:11:11] feel the golden light pulse thing within the whole of your body.
[00:11:20] You are rooted and grounded in the souls of your feet, connected to the[00:11:30]
[00:11:30] earth
[00:11:34] and arrive into all the places within you that have relaxed and opened as they have been touched by the golden.
[00:11:50] Resting one hand on your heart, one hand on your belly or womb[00:12:00]
[00:12:01] and drinking three deep breaths in and out. It's allowing this feeling to fully land in your physical being.
[00:12:24] And one final breath in and a big exhale [00:12:30] grounding back into your body and the space around you. Bringing back with you. That pulls thing, energy that's activated and awakened within
[00:12:57] your body temple now.[00:13:00]
