[00:01:08] Welcome to Embodied Al. My loves. The next level of awakening is upon us. It is embodied. These were the words that were echoing inside of my body as I sat in my practice this morning. Felt like an uprising of wisdom from a very deep place within. Embodied Awakening is here. It's a vital part of the awakening of these times we find ourselves in It is embodied.
[00:01:55] Embodied in self-leadership, embodied in self [00:02:00] responsibility, embodied in energetic alignment. Embodied in self mastery, deeply embodied in welcoming your wholeness.
[00:02:19] Embodied awakening is the journey of awakening into yourself. It is a journey of dissent to come into yourself fully and awaken from. It is the journey of awakening through the dark shadows within and opening into the vast light of pure potential that awaits on the other side. Embodied awakening is the journey of unraveling to release blocked energy and emotion that have been stored and woven within your body, your [00:03:00] nervous system, your heart, and.
[00:03:04] This journey offers an opportunity to re patten and rewrite the falsely conceived narratives, the old beliefs and stories held within that you've gathered and accumulated from life experiences so that you can move through the limitations of the belief. To be able to expand into fullest estate of awakening from a rooted and grounded place, integrated in self, in wholeness, in your own center.
[00:03:47] When we take this journey down into the vast depths of our own being and body, we are truly able to let. Of all the [00:04:00] held and stored beliefs, energies, thoughts, impressions, and imprints, everything that no longer serves so that you can be reborn, you can rebirth yourself into something new, a new expression, a new story, a new narrative, one that serves you deeply, that is more truly aligned to.
[00:04:25] Where you want to be going in your life, what you want to be doing, who you desire to be, and what you want to create. When we take this journey through the body to awaken, we activate and bring online through the felt sense and somatic expression within new, energetic imprints, beliefs, and embodied transmissions.
[00:04:54] Ones that we have intentionally, rewoven and [00:05:00] replanted beliefs, imprints that serve your sole purpose and vision. Whatever it is you desire to create in your life, in the world, in your relationships, in your family, in your.
[00:05:19] There is a collective awakening that is calling us deeper into our bodies. It's a journey of self-trust, a journey of intimacy and deep connection to be grounded, rooted, and activated. And. To choose a journey of being embodied in our center, in our wholeness.
[00:05:59] The current [00:06:00] times that we are living in are wild and potent, and this energy is asking us to expand These times are asking us to expand. But not the expansion of leaving ourselves, of disembody, of disconnecting, but a journey of expanding from deep within. As we move through these cycles of rapid evolution collective shifts, the world is changing so fast life events are happening, things are unfolding.
[00:06:43] there is a opportunity for a huge shift in consciousness for us all. If we allow ourselves, if we gift ourselves the opportunity of descending within,
[00:06:59] [00:07:00] and it is this time, these times that call us deeper into our center. To truly stay present to everything that unfolds with anus and around us is the path of embodied awakening.
