The womb holds residual emotions and energies from past experiences, traumas, abuse, lack of self-love, and any experiences that have brought disassociation to your feminine centre.
We can hold energetic imprints that have been passed down to us through our lineage - the womb line -as well as traumas and emotional memories from this lifetime.
These energetic imprints stay buried and alive in our subconscious which can create energetic blocks in our womb space.
Having a clear and connected womb center is supportive for mental, physical, hormonal & emotional balance, and clarity and to be able to step fully into your true essence and power.

[00:01:09] Welcome to another episode of Embodied Alchemy. Today I really want to dive deep into a question that rises often. It's a very good question to ask. Why heal the womb? Why does my womb want attention, care healing, awaken. . So I wanted to dive deep into this episode to really allow us that space to explore, for me to share and hopefully support as many women as possible in understanding and waking up to [00:02:00] the profound journey of healing your.
[00:02:05] Your womb space is not only a physical space, she is an energetic space also, and very often on my journey of supporting and guiding women into connecting and healing the womb space, it arrives from a journey of experiencing some kind of. Process manifestation in the physical womb, whether that be fertility challenges, miscarriages, whether that be issues with the cycle, fibroids, endometriosis, polycystic ovaries.
[00:02:54] There's some kind of medical manifestation. That is [00:03:00] in the physical aspect of the womb space, painful cycles, missing cycles, and so on. So it's quite easy or easier to understand that there may be something happening here or not happening in this space. There's a state of imbalance when the physical body and the physical womb has arrived into this state of disharmony, unease.
[00:03:28] And it's speaking to or screaming to the woman very loudly through the physical manifestation that they are personally experiencing. Underneath this physical manifestation was more often than not some kind of energetic or emotional disconnect or distortion that happened, which has. Moved through or blocked [00:04:00] into or distorted the energy of the womb in such a way that there's a physical manifestation that has arrived.
[00:04:10] So as we arrive into healing the womb space, we may not always all have had such physical manifestations that have been speaking to us or showing us that there's disconnect and disharmony in our. So if you are a woman that's experienced any of those, this is definitely a journey for you to listen into.
[00:04:32] And if you are not, this is also a journey for you, this sharing and these teachings and just these moments of awakening, really to understand that I've had some of these experiences too, or I sense that or feel that myself, and I don't have necessarily those physical markers or expressions. Say, yep, I've got that.
[00:04:56] And it must be this, but somewhere, some deep place [00:05:00] inside. Some of this will resonate with all women. I'm sure deep in your womb space is an energetic center in the yogic terms, in the philosophy of the chakra system, this is where the sacl chakra is held, and this is the seat of. Creativity creation. Also, the space of family and emotion in the seat of water.
[00:05:25] I'd just like to bring that in as a little bit of perspective as to the energetics of the pelvis, the pelvic bowl, the womb. So here, this seat of creation. Were all born, created in a womb space. Were all born from the womb. We all grew in there for a certain amount of time, and here this space lives the energetic and emotional imprints.
[00:05:57] We grew in the energetic and emotional imprints of our [00:06:00] mother's womb. She grew in her mother's womb. She grew in her mother's, mother's womb, and so on. And then we're born and we have our own womb. Where we're gathering seeds of thoughts, feeling sensation, emotion, and storing them, carrying the energy of the lineage on until somebody decides to make a different choice or to look at or to heal through and awaken beyond the chain of narrative stories and emotions that have been passed down through the lineage.
[00:06:40] So the womb space, this deeply energetic center can hold and carry energetic imprints that have been DA passed down through us, that have been passed onto us, that have been impressed or imprinted into us, as well as our own experiences of [00:07:00] pains and traumas and emotional memories from life experiences.
[00:07:06] These energetic imprints stay buried deep within our bodies, deep within our wombs, and they exist in the unconscious or the subconscious or the dark matter until they are ready to awaken and be brought to light. The womb space is that deep, dark void within. It's a deep, dark, hollow space, the deepest center in a woman's body, and until we really look inwards and descend downwards, we don't always find this space within us to really uncover and bring to light all of the patterns and stories that have been woven into this.
[00:07:58] And the stories and the energies [00:08:00] around womanhood, around fertility, our cycles, menstruation, creativity, sensuality, sexuality, feminine energy, they're all carried here deep within our feminine.
[00:08:23] The types of wounding that can be experienced or held within the womb space, an accumulation of emotions that at the time of experience were not processed, transformed, or healed through. Many emotions here, including rage, fear, grief, abandonment, guilt, shame, worthlessness,
[00:08:56] our own birth experience, any [00:09:00] birth trauma or womb grief from miscarriages, stillbirths, and abortions. In your own experience and the experience of the women that went before you as everything is passed. Emotional and energetic imprints from past sexual experiences, energetic and emotional imprints from society and culture around how you should or should not be as a woman around beliefs, around menstruation, your cycle fertility, and your creative, sensual and sexual.
[00:09:44] When we arrive into healing the womb, we first arrive into a space of reconnection. As we reconnect to this space within ourselves, we begin to create space to feel the [00:10:00] emotions buried deep within to access this river of energy within, within ourselves. To be able to sink into a space of full and true, authentic expression, being able to release all the fear, shame, disconnect, numbness, that has been part of your safety mechanism to disconnect to disembody from this space of profound power.
[00:10:38] So we're able to heal from past trauma, reconnect to the feminine flow of energy, within balance, our womb energy, our cycles, and in that also our fertile energy support, a cleansing and healing preconception heal previous birth traumas. [00:11:00] Awaken deeper creativity. The womb space does not only create human life, women create everything from this space.
[00:11:12] They recreate themselves, they create their arts, their offerings, their gifts that they want to share with the world in whatever way, shape, or form they arrive. We're able to clear old energies, release timelines, hand back the things that have been carried from the ancestral line that no longer need to be held or carried forward.
[00:11:36] Support healthy natural menstruation cycle increase, and awaken sexual energy.[00:11:49] An ability for a woman to deepen into her own center, to ground, into that space, and to [00:12:00] set really healthy and clear boundaries energetically, emotionally, spiritually, physically, sexually. When a woman does arrive into this journey, when she gives herself the space to activate, to connect to and awaken her womb space, she's better able to live from the guidance and wisdom within herself.
[00:12:25] She becomes rooted in her own knowingness, her own being, her own power.
[00:12:33] It's from this space deep within. Now she's able to flow with the energy of life to arrive back into her truest essence and her feminine nature. It allows her to sink deeper into her inner rhythms, to reconnect to nature and her own nature in a profound way.[00:13:00][00:13:00] Awakening the womb, reconnecting to her womb, healing that which has been held and carried. Supports a woman to clear out the noise and the debris that she's been holding onto inside of herself to truly access this powerful portal of energy, energetic vibrancy. Her space of creation so that she can live from, move, from love, from, and create from her own true essence, her own true nature.
[00:13:39] This creative space within her becomes vibrant, radiant, and alive, connected to this space of deep wisdom. She's no longer guided by her head or her mind, or pulled from left to right here, there all over [00:14:00] from the external world. From other people's points of view, decisions about her, for her, who she should or should not be.
[00:14:08] She is able to tune in to sing inwards and downwards, to descend into her own holy being, and from that space. Embody her true radiance. The world, the earth is calling for women to take this journey of remembering. As women heal their wombs, they heal the women that went before them. They heal the ones yet to come.
[00:14:41] And beyond ourselves, we are part of the healing and awakening of the collective feminine energy, the collective woman. And as we do, we open up this space where we are able to create new pathways of potential, new narratives, new stories, new [00:15:00] beliefs that we can hold root into, embody, that we can plant into the fertile grounds of our womb space.
[00:15:10] This is the journey of embodying. We will be exploring this in such a deep and profound way in our Embodied Awakening 10 month activation journey. We begin by opening this container in February, 2023.
